This approach brings heart and soul to ethics by supporting professional integrity and accountability through personally engaged and respectful study of four dimensions of power. Right Use of power is informed, conscious, caring, and skillful.
Topics covered include the power differential, intention and impact, personal history in relationship to power and authority, challenges and resources, ethical decision-making, resolving difficulties, power dynamics, and common ethical errors.
