Can anyone order from Golden Flower Chinese Herbs?
Our mission is to promote Oriental medicine and good health by providing Chinese herbal products of superior quality to licensed practitioners of Oriental Medicine, licensed health care practitioners, and students at an accredited school of Oriental Medicine or health care institution. Therefore, Golden Flower Chinese Herbs does not make sales directly to patients or consumers. Chinese herbal medicine is a complex and comprehensive healing art where self-prescribing should be avoided. If you are interested in purchasing any of the Chinese herbal products that we provide and you are not a licensed practitioner, please contact your local acupuncturist or qualified practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine.

In order to purchase from us, we must have verification of your student or provider status on file. This helps to ensure that our products are being used safely and appropriately. Please fax a copy of your current student I.D. or unexpired state license to our toll free number 866 298-7541.  You may also e-mail a scanned copy of this verification to us at info@gfcherbs.com or send it via U.S. mail to: 2724 Vassar Pl. NE, Albuquerque, NM  87107.  For questions about this requirement, please feel free to contact us. 

Orders from this website can only be shipped to customers in the United States and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please contact us or one of our international distributors.

How do I place an order?
To order on our website, simply place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and follow checkout directions.  To order by phone, you may call us toll-free at 1-800-729-8509.  Please have the item name, product code and quantity requested available prior to placing your order.  Orders may also be placed via fax at 1-866-298-7541.

How will my order be shipped?           
All orders (except those to Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped FedEx unless otherwise requested.  The shipping and handling fee is subject to FedEx rates. The fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) is $8.50 per package. Orders sent to residential addresses are charged $1.50 more for shipping per FedEx’s rates. Any address correction (FedEx charges $10) that we receive from FedEx will be passed on to the customer if we were given an incomplete or incorrect address (missing suite or apartment number, incorrect zip code, etc.).

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.

Can I have an order sent directly to my patient?
Golden Flower offers drop shipment service for direct shipping to your patient.  A flat fee of $2.50 will be added for each drop-shipment to a patient. Drop-ship orders (except those to Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped via FedEx Ground and billed accordingly unless otherwise requested. Drop ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Because Golden Flower only sells products to licensed practitioners, payments on drop-ship orders may only be made by account holders.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received by 1:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day if delivered via FedEx. Orders received after 1 p.m. MST will go out the next business day. (Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.) Shipping time for orders sent via USPS is not guaranteed. Delivery time varies depending on shipping method selected (see chart).

What is the pricing structure for your products?
Golden Flower pricing is structured at a discounted professional level.  Orders will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time of shipment.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk herbs which depend upon growing and market conditions are especially susceptible to price fluctuations.

This discount is offered to new customers only. The discount may be used one time only and cannot be combined with any other offers. PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION

What type of payment is accepted?
Orders can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, COD, or with Net 30 credit terms (see “Can I be billed for my orders?”). FedEx charges $8.50 for COD orders in addition to the regular shipping fee. COD orders must be paid for by check. FedEx does not accept cash or credit cards.

Can I be billed for my orders?
Orders must be COD or prepaid until a satisfactory credit application is on file.  Checks, money orders, or credit card payment is accepted.   To obtain credit status for future orders, you may print a credit application and fax or mail it to our office for approval.

Approved credit payments are due 30 days from the date of the invoice.  Accounts over 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% interest charge.  Accounts delinquent over 60 days will revert to COD.  Accounts delinquent over 90 days will be turned over to collections. Customers will be responsible for paying any collection fees that are assessed to collect on an overdue account.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

How do I return items I purchased?
We stand behind our products. All items are returnable within 30 days of receipt of the order.  Returns are only accepted when a return authorization is made prior to receipt of the returned item(s); to receive authorization, please contact customer service at 1-800-729-8509.  After return authorization is issued, GFCH must receive the return within 30 days.  If items are not received within 30 days, the customer will be charged the current wholesale price for those products.  A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns not due to damage or shipment error.  All returns are for credit or exchange only.

Where are your formulas made?
Our tablets are produced at Kaiser Pharmaceutical Company (KPC) at its pharmaceutical-grade ISO 9001:2000, state of the art facility in Taiwan.  With over 35 years in business, KP Ltd. is one of the most recognized and well-respected producers of Chinese herbs throughout the world, and also the leading exporter of Chinese herbal products in Taiwan. The company has maintained GMP certification from the Department of Health, Taiwan, R.O.C. since 1988, and received GMP certification from the commonwealth Department of Health, Australia (TGA) in 1994. In 2000, the company was awarded “Excellence in Entrepreneurship” by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Taiwanese Government.  It was also in 2000 that KP Ltd. received a patent for Technology for the Extraction and Retrieval of Herbal Essential Oils.”  Modern scientific processing methods and rigorous quality control set KPC herbs apart from all other sources of Chinese herbs.
